Guidelines for a safe, clean, comfortable service
The Auditorium will be set up to accomodate social distancing. Rows will be blocked off, and we are asking each household unit to remain at least 6 feet (or 2 chairs) from other household units. The service will be shown on TVs in both the Fellowship Hall and 1084 House, if overflow seating is needed.
According to Governor Walz’s Executive Order 20-81, face coverings (masks) are now required at all indoor public spaces. Therefore, everyone ages 6 and older (unless a medical or health condition prevents you) will be expected to wear a mask at our services.
Extra effort will be taken to clean and sanitize surfaces before the service, and we will ask for your help in wiping down surfaces after you use them. Hand sanitizer will be available.
There will be no coffee, snacks, or drinking fountain available.
This will be a Worship Service only, with no childcare or classes offered at this time.
The Nursery and lower level classrooms will be open for families with young children (if needed). *One family unit in a room at the same time, please! Wipe up after yourself when finished.
There will be an offering bucket available for those who would like to give their offering in person, but feel free to continue to give online or via Text2Give.
We ask that you do as much socializing as possible outside. When you enter the building, please find your
seat immediately. Following the service, please exit the building and fellowship outside.
We will continue to livestream our services online at 10:30 a.m. in order to include those who do not yet feel comfortable meeting in person.
If you are feeling sick, please be thoughtful and considerate of others. Join us for the online service! We will look forward to seeing you in person when you feel better!
Finally, just because you are comfortable with something doesn't mean everybody else is, so please carefully follow these guidelines. This is a wonderful opportunity to extend care, grace, and understanding to everybody who may want to attend our services.
